About Us
Trucks NOT available for Rent
Trucks will NOT be available for Rent from Friday, December 27th, 2024 to Sunday, January 5th, 2025. Will return Monday, January 6th starting at 10AM.
Rental Requirements
- Completed Lease Agreement
- Copy of valid Driver's License. Minimum age to drive is 23 years of age.
- Copy of valid Auto Insurance
Pricing
- Monday - Thursday $60 per day
- Friday - Sunday $70 per day
- $100 deposit required for each rental. Deposit will be refunded once the truck is checked back in, see below for possible fees.
- Preferred payment method is Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover)
Important Information
- Trucks run on a 24 hour rental period. If truck is not returned within the 24 hour rental period an additional day will be taken from deposit.
- Trucks are to be used for local moving only; within a 25 mile radius.
- Pick up and drop off location is the BHHS Ambassador Real Estate building at 331 Village Pointe Plaza Omaha, NE 68118.
- Our office is closed Saturday and Sunday. All weekend rentals will need to have keys picked up the Friday before between 10AM-5PM.

Trucks Come With The Following

Fees For Items Not Returned
- $1 Surcharge, per gallon, if tank isn't filled upon return
- Truck Keys - $50
- Padlock - $35
- Dolly - $100
Cleaning Fee
Cleaning fee will vary between $10-$50 at the company's discretion if the truck is returned dirty.
Includes but not limited to: trash, pet hair, spilled liquids or food items, mud, or any soiling that requires the vehicle to be taken out of service for cleaning.
Cancellation Fee
If the lessee cancels the rental agreement within 24 hours or less of agreed upon pickup date, lessee will be charged the daily rate. Damage deposit will be refunded. If multiple trucks are being rented, lessee will need to cancel 48 hours or more prior to pickup if not, the daily rate will be charged per truck. Damage deposit will be refunded.
